Train to Gain

Dering a leader provider of the Learning and Skills Council's Train to Gain programme. We are able to adapt training to meet the needs of deaf or disabled people who would not otherwise access training. Train to Gain is designed to help employers improve their productivity and competitiveness by ensuring that their employees have the right skills to do the best job.

We work in partnership with you to deliver Train to Gain and to ensure that it is responsive to your needs.

Funding

Through our contacts we can offer FREE or subsidised training to your workforce. This may include:

Free training for employees over 19 to gain their first full level 2 qualification
Subsidised training for employees over 19 to gain their first full level 3 qualification

Courses

Dering offer an extensive range of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) at levels 2 and 3 in:

Playwork/Childcare
Sport and Leisure
Teaching Assistants
