Sports Apprenticeships

Dering works with A4e to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 Sports Apprenticeship training, for 16 to 24 year olds who are working or about to start work in the Sports and Lesiure sector.

We deliver a range of sports NVQs, technical certificates, Key Skills qualifications and will cover the cost of your training!

Our Assessors provide all the advice and guidance necessary to enable a portfolio of evidence to be built up to demonstrate competence and achievement of qualifications. The Assessor targets elements and units from the NVQ and Key Skill units to provide a detailed assessment plan which will give you all the details of the type and quantity of evidence needed to be produced to demonstrate competence.

A variety of assessment methods are selected to demonstrate competence including; work product evidence, personal statements, and/or witness testimonies, along with questions posed by our Assessor. Our Assessor will visit you at work every two to three weeks to provide continuous support during the programme.

The programme is delivered in Belfast and Ballymena.
